SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions referring to business with and purchase from Dora Goodman. By purchasing goods / services from Dora Goodman, you accept this Shipping & Returns Policy. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully. The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.
Dora Goodman offers worldwide shipping.
1.1 Shipping fee and delivery times for DIY camera kits and accessories:

In certain cases, for example when ordering a high value product, you may only choose delivery by DHL as it serves Your interest to have Your ordered products in safe hands and to follow Your order with a tracking number. For more information on shipping see our Shipping & Return Policy.
Delivery times are indicated from the day the order has been dispatched. Dora Goodman usually dispatches the ordered products within 30 days after the order was placed. A notice about a successful dispatch (in case of DHL along a tracking number) will be sent out via email to the email address provided when ordering. Dora Goodman aims to fulfil your order in the time scale indicated above, however as delivery is independent from us we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
1.2 Customs duty and customs clearance fee
Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax, and Dora Goodman has no control over this. All such taxes should be paid by the customer. Please note that 27% VAT comes on top of the prices shown on the website in case of orders within the countries of EU.
1.3 Excluded time periods
Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary.
1.4 Vis major
Although Dora Goodman uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, she cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of her control.

Returns and Exchange
Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem.
2.1 Right of withdrawal
2.1.1 The 14 day-deadline
You can announce your withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order without reasoning. You announce such right in an expressed statement sent to Dora Goodman via email (email@example.com) within the above fourteen (14) day deadline. Please also indicate the tracking number of your original order.
You shall send back the item without delay, but within fourteen (14) days from the announcement of your expressed statement on withdrawal at the latest.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you shall be responsible for such costs. It’s recommended that you obtain a proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
To return the item, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure the product is in unused condition, in its original packaging with all items and accessories part of the package. Also, please make sure that the original bill is part of the package you’d like to return, as refunds can only be made in such case.
- Contact Dora Goodman via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to returning / shipping the package.
- Once Dora Goodman has confirmed your wish to return your order, please pack the items properly, putting as much effort into carefully packaging them as possible.
- Ship the package to the address discussed, provided.
Dora Goodman shall refund the full price of the undamaged item as it is received, and the refund shall be made in the same way as the original payment method of your payment was made.
You shall receive a written notification via email that the returned item has been received. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
You are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal when the item was prepared especially upon your own instructions (ie. marked by a custom embossing, or made from colors not part of the basic collection.) Any item unambiguously personalized by you, showing signs of wear are not entitled for a refund.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by a non-consumer entity, ie. an enterprise, namely such entity which acts in the scope of its profession, independent occupation or its business activity.

2.1.2 Original items
Once Dora Goodman receives the returned item, a quality control procedure shall take place in order to determine the appropriateness of the returned item.
To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and must not show signs of wear. The returned item shall include the original tags / labels, packaging and all further elements part of the original package. You are liable for the amortization of the products as a result of the use of the product which exceeds the necessary measure in order to access the nature, the characteristics, and wear/operation of the item.
Returned items that are used or damaged may not be accepted and your refund shall be refused.
You will be notified via email on the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 working days of the receipt of the returned item.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. Dora Goodman shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased item. In case of sale items, Dora Goodman is not able to refund the original price of the item, solely the sale price of it.
In the unlikely event that you have not received an email within the time period referred to above, please contact Dora Goodman via email at and she will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
2.1.4. Returning broken products
In case the customer receives a broken product due to damage resulting from any event occurred during shipping or the product or any of its parts break during its first assembly Dora Goodman undertakes to replace the broken product one time free of charge.
In case the product is broken, because You accidently broke it while assembling as a general Dora Goodman will send the replacement product by standard delivery with Hungarian Post at its own expense. If You would like to receive the replacement product faster then with standard delivery, You may choose shipping with DHL however in this case You may bear the costs of shipping.
If the product broke during shipping then shipping costs of the replacement product shall be borne by Dora Goodman.
Provisions of Terms & Conditions shall apply.
You can return any item for direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order, without reasoning. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not eligible for an exchange.
The provisions set forth in point 2.1 above -with appropriate modifications- shall apply also for the exchange.
If you wish to do a direct exchange for the same product in another color, please contact Dora Goodman at email@example.com and follow the steps provided in point 2.1.1 referring to returning purchased items.
If you wish to have a different item, or the requested item has a different price than the price you have paid for the original item, then you will need to return the unwanted original item for a refund and place a new order.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the color you have opted for, then a refund will be taken place instead.
Depending on your place of residence, the time of shipping the new exchanged product may vary.

2.3 Sale items, products with discounted price
Dora Goodman is only able to refund the sale price of the items that were on sale when the customer placed an order.
